Delivery and Refund Policy

We work on Order to Make and Home Delivery Methodology.

Home delivery will be done3-10 days prior to the Ganesh Chaturthi-Sthapna (5th September’16)

Please insure the size, color and looks required for the Ganesh Murtis during order confirmation only. The colors of imagesshown might slightly differ from the actual as these are the water based color. The sizes might be differ by few centimeters as the Shadu soils shrinks many times.

1. How do I get the delivery of the Ganesh Murti?

The ready murties will be directly shifted to the customer home (Home Delivery)

  • Home Delivery of the Idol will be delivered on the prescribed address by customer during confirmation of the order. The delivery address will not be changed once ordered confirmed.
  • It will be sole responsibility of the individual who raised the order for the correctness of the address, Festiveganeshawill not be responsible for any wrong address entered.
  • The Customer will get the SMS from Festiveganesha.com or authorized courier partner about delivery date.
  • Its customer responsibility to pick the Murti at home at prescribed/decided date and time. Festiveganesha.com/Authorized courier delivery agency will not deliver the Murti multiple time if home found locked during agreed/prescribed date/time. Customer has to bare the extra charges of the courier for the extra delivery attempt; if customer is not able to pick the delivery on prescribed time/date
  • Its individual customer responsibility to check the Murti at the time of delivery.If found damage; Festivganesha.com will try to replace the Murti if the particular stock is available or will refund the money. The money will be refunded back to the client by bank account transfer from which he raised the order. Delivery boy will not refund the money in this case and customer can’t claim it from him. Festiveganesha.com will be responsible for the refund of the amount within 8 days. New Murti will be delivered before 4th Sept’16. If Festiveganesha doesn’t have the stock of the same Murti then;We will refund the money. Festiveganesha is not bound to deliver the out of stock murtis. If Customer want to choose the different type/color of murti with same price from the stock shown on the portal, Festiveganesha will try to fulfill the customer requirement
  • If you are raising order on behalf of other (Friend, Relative, Gift Purpose), all the relevant messages and mails from FestiveGanesha will be delivered the onmobile no. and email id mentioned as billing and shipping details. The delivery will be done on the prescribed address only. The address change once confirmed can’t be changed.
  • It’s the client responsibility to check the idol at the time of delivery only. Any damage or problem or dissatisfaction will not be entertained by the FestiveGanesha after the delivery and we will not be bound for any return/refund

2. How do I get the Ganesh Murti replacement or money return?

  • Its individual customer responsibility to check the Murti at the time of delivery.If found damage; Festivganesha.com will try to replace the Murti if the particular stock is available or will refund the money.
